I make the kind of bread I would want to return to every day.
Before satisfying others, I first have to believe in what I’ve made.
I keep refining my palate so the bread can say more with less.
Taste is something I keep learning to recognise.
Some things take a lifetime to understand.
If this is a dream, let me stay here a little longer.
